Header and all customisations gone!

Hi everyone, I’ve just logged onto my blog http://www.sherrimatthewsblog (A View From My Summerhouse) and like so many here, I’ve lost all my header, font and background settings. I’ve got the Twenty Twelve theme. Any chance all my original settings will soon be restored, as I see many others here have also had the same problem. Many thanks WP!

I think you have to manually save the menus, headers, and backgrounds again. It worked for me that way. Thanks

It seems to be taking changes now :)
At least I managed to restore my banner!
Sadly, code changes have not been reverted back :(

I meant to say I’ve got the Twenty Ten theme. I’ve managed to manually save my header again but not the background colour I had before or the font colours. Keeps saying I can only do this as part of a premium upgrade but my theme is free. Any advice as to what is going on and how I can get my blog back to how it was before this morning? Thanks.

yep, it’s fixed. I’ve redone the settings from the personalize page and it saved them. Everything is back now.

I was able to restore my header image, but I can no longer set a background colour.
The feature now seems to be unavailable to non-subscription account holders, yet it previously had been available and working until today.

I’m having the same probs as some others with no access to setting a background image (“Premium only”) and also have probs with Menus (won’t show in correct order no matter how many times I reset)

I was working on my site this morning and saw that the header and main menu is missing, and instead of my header the standard header of the Twenty ten theme disappeared!
My background colour is missing too! Please can you put back my own header, the main menu and the background colour?!
