I have a problem wtih my Blog ! Hello, this morning I log on to my blog and I realize that the image of the page header and theme colors have changed while I have not touched …
Going on my dashboard in “customize” I see that the blog is back on the “Background” “default” and considers that there is no image of -head while my image appears fine.
So I rechoose the color of my background and the image of the header, I click on “Register”. Except he does not take anything into consideration, and I’m back to square one.
Where can come this problem? what should I do? Is this transient?

Mine’s come back – thank you very much WP for swift action. Please don’t do anything like that again – not good for my dicky heart! I doubt I have the capabiity to re-customise my 5 year old header etc.

I still have problems with the header and the menu on http://postmarkdart.com/
Will there be a fix for all of us or do I have to do something for this blog myself?
I had problems with the background on another blog but that is ok now. -
Do I have to change the menu/background/header setting back manually, or should it have reset itself? Mine is still not showing as customized.

Half of my menu has disappeared from the edit menu page as well as my home page.

My Slideshows on fcafa.wordpress.com stopped working since this mornings ‘update’.
Header and background colour also reverted to default, but have managed to now fix.

My wordpress site does not display the page configuration menu properly as there are some pages that don’t appear on it. How can I fix this issue? It seems like it has been erased, but it’s not. Can you help me?

OK, I reconfigured my header and background manually and it’s all working again for now. Phew!
Thank you for the fix whatever it was, but please don’t let it happen again!!

I have the same problem on my blog(free wordpress) https://eeleesible.wordpress.com/ : header and background colour are disappeared.
I tried to upload my header but not worked -
@patricia1957 — I see that you didn’t have your blog’s title and tagline displayed before, so I removed those for you. Now it’s just your custom header image with your blog title there. Please let me know if you have any other trouble with that!
@paradisdeslivres — Is this on your blog at http://monparadisdeslivres.com/ or somewhere else? I just checked that blog and your custom header image and background are both displayed there. If something is wrong, please let me know how it should look and I can look at it again for you.
@gurligregersen — I think I got all of the customizations reset on your site at http://postmarkdart.com/. If anything still doesn’t look right, you may need to open the site’s Customizer and update those settings to fix it. Please let me know if you have any trouble with that!

@brusselsrd — If any of your site’s customizations are still missing, you can open your site’s Customizer and re-save those customizations now. Please let me know if you run into any trouble with that and I can take a look for you!
@billie73 & @chaoss17 — Did you have a custom menu on your site before? You can go to the Navigation section of your site’s Customizer to re-enable that on your site. If you have any questions or trouble with that, let me know!
@fcafa — The issue with your site’s header and background color wouldn’t have affected your site’s slideshow. Please start a new forum thread about that issue so we can take a look at it separately. Thanks!

The theme settings seem to be set back to normal, however my menu is still screwy as hell. I don’t want to touch the menu headings until I know exactly what to do. Last thing I need is to make it worse. Was really hoping this would be rectified during the night. How do I get assistance fixing it, without scrolling through the last three hundred messages? :-/

Annnnnd…I guess I could have skimmed over the last few posts from Rachelmcr, because after my post I read her last few replies and went straight to my Customize menu and chose which menus to display and where, then saved that shiz really fast. lol It seems to be back to normal. Phew!
