Same problem here. I use the “Quintus” theme for my blog (https://pekoeblaze.wordpress.com/ ) and both the background image and header text colour seem to have changed back to the default settings. Whilst this hasn’t totally ruined the look of my blog, it still doesn’t look like it should.

I’ve tried to change the background and text colour back using the “customize” menu a couple of times, but – even after I’ve saved the changes, it doesn’t make any difference.

Using ‘Fresh & Clean’ theme and my customer header has vanished. I uploaded it again at first, thinking it was my problem, but it won’t show up on the blog despite being in the preview.

Hope this gets fixed soon!

Oh wow. Ok let’s all be comforted to know that we are all facing this problem, because now we know it’s gotta be some sort of overall system error on WordPress’ end, and now there’s definitely enough recurrence here that they’ll see to fixing it.

I recommend that we all just don’t do anything (like earlier I was actually trying to recustomize before realizing I paid for my appearance so now screw that idea) and sleep on it; chances are it’ll be fixed by the morning.
