Header and Footer are not showing on all pages with Navigation-menu

    Hi, I am using the theme ‘Appleton’, I have setup Navigation menu on one page, but header, footer and navigation menu is not showing on all the pages of my website. Please advise !

    Hi there, which pages are the header, footer, and menu not appearing on when they should? I had a quick look at your site but it seems to be correctly set up with all three items appearing on all the pages that I checked.
