    the option to edit the header, footer nor navigation is not available in the customiser nor is the ability to contact you

    As for editing the header and footer of your site, because your theme is compatible with Full Site Editing, you use the Site Editor to access different parts of the template (including Header and Footer). You can click My Site → Appearance → Editor to access the site editor. Once you’re in the Site Editor, you’ll see a preview of your site on the right side of the editor. You can click there to enter the editing screen and click the area that you want to edit.

    In this screenshot, I’ve selected the Navigation block in the site’s Header, so you can see how to edit both the header and the navigation block at the same time.
