Header and Menu Bar?

  My site came with a default logo as a header. I deleted the logo and now it just says ‘My Blog’. I would LOVE to edit this text to say my business name but I can’t find any where to do that.

  I also can’t find my menu bar. I can position the menu and designate pages to go inside the menu, but it doesn’t show up on my site.

  The site in question is raleighrep.com.

  Hey! Thanks, yeah that was discovered through one of my other posts, although I can’t find where to post a question. I can see where to search topics and such but nowhere on the site is an option to post.
