Header appearing twice

  I’ve just returned to my website for today and have noticed that suddenly (and without changes from me) my header image is tiling despite this option not being selected in the options.

  Also, the background for my menu below the header was white until today. Now the repeated header image is behind it.

  I repeat- I haven’t changed a single thing on the site.

  Please can anyone help?

  To add a little more information…
  One of the

  most important pages

  on my site is displaying the header in an even stranger way. The header on this page is tiling in both ways (ie horizontally and vertically) and is larger than on the rest of the site…

  Did you purchase the custom design upgrade at one time? If so, it sounds as if your subscription may have lapsed and your site reverted back to it’s pre-upgrade state.

  If you go to Store>MyUpgrades on your dashboard you should be able to renew the upgrade.

  If that doesn’t work, or if that isn’t what happened let me know and I’ll investigate further.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

  Not to worry. After 8 years I still make this same mistake from time to time. The cool thing about us Volunteers is that we work cooperatively.
