Header being cropped in half

Hi – I am trying to upload a new header to http://www.neurofeedbackblog.wordpress.com – I have tried to upload a header that is exactly 960x 256 px in size – which is what is written in the instructions on this page for uploading headers for this Theme.. However, the wordpress system is causing the header image to be cropped exactly in half.. it looks ridiculous and I have no idea why this is happening – it didnt happen before when I first started this particular blog. – Any ideas?

    Many thanks everyone!

    Cheers, Tess

The custom header image dimensions for Triton Lite are 960 by 270 (width, height). See the bottom of the page here http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/triton-lite/

Since you’ve uploaded an image that doesn’t meet those exact dimensions, it seems the image is being cropped and then enlarged to fit those dimensions.

(Just fyi, no WordPress.com site uses www)
