Header Blur

I have tried to upload a header image with every high-end formatting possible to ensure the header image is high quality. However when it uploads and displays the image quality is greatly distorted.
I made the image size the exact same as what was recommended.
I tried several formats.I have no clue how to fix this at this point.
The blog I need help with is annuitybearessentials.wordpress.com.
I want whoever to look closely at the header and notice that the image itself is ok EXCEPT for the Bear in the Header. The Bear is extremely blurry while its background and the font are clear.

Hi there!
It looks like our suggested image size is a little off there. I’ll ask the theme developers to update that info.
Can you try uploading an image that’s 1300px by 250px?

If you ask the developers to update the theme with the correct information then why would I upload a non-default sized image?

Sorry that I was unclear. I’m asking our theme developers to update the information that is displayed about the suggested header size. It should be closer to 1300px by 250px, specifically in my tests my images were cropped to 1291px by 251px.
You’ll need to upload a larger image to eliminate the fuzziness of your header.
