header built in text

  Header built in text, i cannot get rid of this text. Is it part of the blog itself…my own name and strap line is fine….it states howdy, welcome etc, etc, etc, ….i do not want this there…any help? Thanks

  You resolved this by changing theme. You were talking about Motion. That text is a placeholder: you get rid of it by going to Appearance > Widgets and adding a widget to the Header section.
