Header Change and Font Change

  “Hello, my site is https://swimschoolsofamerica.wordpress.com/ and I am currently using the Creative theme. I would like my header to be #2B2C74 to match my logo and would also like the text and links to be white. Can you please help me to find the correct CSS to make these changes?”

  I want the background color for my site title, tagline, menu to be black and the font color to be #3366ff

  Is this what you’re looking for? You can paste this in your Customize>CSS:

  .site-header{
  	background-color:black;
  }
  
  .site-header #blog-title,
  .primary ul a,
  .primary ul a:visited,
  .menu-items ul a{
  	color:#3366ff;
  }
  
  .primary ul ul.sub-menu a,
  .primary ul ul ul.sub-menu a{
  	background-color:black;
  	color:#3366ff;
  }
  
  .primary ul ul.sub-menu a:hover,
  primary ul ul ul.sub-menu a:hover,
  .primary ul a:hover{
  	background-color:#333333;
  }

  You may want to be more specific with visited link colors and other things, but this is a start.
