  Can I change the header on pages other than home page? Can each have its own header? I have custom CSS ability (but really don’t know how to use it)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Twenty Eleven supports featured images, so you should be able to add separate headers on Pages by uploading them in the featured image box there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/

  I’m not sure that having the Custom Design upgrade actually interferes with that, so you’d have to try it out (since I don’t have the upgrade).
