Header Changes in WordPress Themes
-
Alright, I Love my theme, but recently had a graphic designer soup up an image that isn’t served by the limitations of the custom header (Cropping) set in the current theme (Chaotic Soul).
Objective: I want to change the header from the two window format to one single window, set to a size that accommodates the image…while keeping the overall theme.
Is this something that can be achieved by purchasing the CSS Upgrade? Is it a fairly difficult process?

It isn’t just a matter of changing the header, there are many other elements that will have to be adjusted so that everything expands with the header. It isn’t rocket science, but you do need to have at least some familiarity with edit CSS. Take a look at these two support documents for more information on the upgrade and also some links to online tutorials and reference material for CSS.
