  How can I change the header color, on the front page of my site?

  The site https://al4ttar.wordpress.com/ isn’t presently displaying a header. Are you referring to that site?

  If you are referring to that site, then the Twenty Sixteen theme that it’s using has the option of displaying a header image, not header colors.
