Header Color Change

Hi, I would like to change the header color of this boardwalk theme. There is no option in the customize panel so there’s only through CSS possible is it? Please if there is a way help me out. Appreciate all your help and time. Thank you very much.

That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
