Header Cropping Not Working?

  I use the chaotic soul theme, and I like to change the header frequently. However, as of late it will not allow me to crop it. Any idea why or how to fix it? I am driving myself bonkers trying to do this, not to mention that I cannot find ANYWHERE on the wordpress site to contact wordpress for help??? Just directs me to the forum. I posted this question before and got no responses. Please help!!

  Thanks for reporting this issue with cropping headers in IE9 – we are looking into it and will report back.
