Header customisation

    I am using a template that enables customization of the header and footer. I am trying to create a green empty top bar strip within the header that is just above the navigation using the customiser like this website: https://www.sallykean-hammerson.co.uk/ However, it seems that without any content, the row is invisible. However, I just want a green bar with no content above the navigation. Is there any way of making colored columns without any content content visible?
