Header cutomization?

  Hey wordpress. I am having a little trouble making a header image shown on the theme silver is the new black thorugh css.
  I have seen this done on many other blogs. I do not know how to do it unfortunately.

  Here are the images I made for the header.

  http://i244.photobucket.com/albums/gg15/tuxytron/h1.png (when you hover this replaces it)

  Can I have the code please?

  Update: I figured it out. What the problem was that the background color of the ehader was overlapping the image. I had to switch them in order and now it works!
