Header Disappeared And Set To Default

The custom header image of my blog vanished all of a sudden and I have not been tinkering around. I was loading a page of my blog and saw the default image of the theme.
Is this an issue which had occurred a few months back, as I fond out while searching for the problem? Any one else having the same problem?

Thanks raincoaster. Fixed the theme problem on the other one, but still working on their widgets.

On the right column of my blog all of the links for my blogroll and four other widgets have vanished on my home page. When I look for this information by going to “manage” everything is still there. Last week the link to site meter vanished and I had to check stats by going through “manage.” The link reappeared on its own. Have no idea what to do. morethancoping.wordpress.com
