Header displayed on one page but not others

    I am new to WordPress and used a template to create my first website. I have also purchased elementor pro to get more functionalities. The template i imported had a couple of pages and i needed one more page to be done so i created one by myself where i experienced the following issue:

    As you can see, when editing the pages (different pages just the same text), one of the pages has a heading displayed at the top (picture 1) and other one doesn’t (picture 2). In addition to this both pages have a footer displayed at the bottom.

    My goal is to have the same result as on the second picture.

    i have checked the “quick edit” from the wordpress dashboard and they all have the same template installed but will not function in the same way.

    What can i do in the following scenario ?
