Header Doesn't Appear in Navigator
-
Friends, I’m slowly getting acclimated, but I’m still struggling. Bear with me. I had this screenshot of this heading that doesn’t appear anywhere in my Navigator. It’s above everything else. So, even though, I re-created the heading with no problem (less the correct color), Elementor won’t allow me to cut the very top one. HELP? Sorry. I thought you guys would let me post an image.

Hi there!
You mentioned Elementor but I don’t see on your account any sites with Business plan that would allow you to install plugins. What’s the address of the site you’re working on?
Please note that these forums are for WordPress.com-hosted sites only. If your site is using the open-source WordPress.org software, we won’t be able to help you out, and you’ll want to seek help at these forums:

It may be because it’s an unsecured site, which unfortunately, I can’t do anything about because I don’t have admin. However, I copied the URL to an empty tab in Chrome and Edge and it came up fine.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with DreamHost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.
