Could you please try to use different browsers and confirm whether it’s still not showing up?
If you’re trying to change the current header image, please navigate to Customize > Header Image, click the “Add new Image” button then choose an image of your choice. When you’ve finished setting your header image, click “Publish” to save.

I have the Radcliffe 2 theme which is supposed to allow custom header image. I’ve watched the tutorial on how to change the custom header image, but when I go into my customizing settings it does not give me the option at all to customize or even had a header image. Please help!

If you’re referring to a WordPress.com site, then please start a new topic here: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/?new=1, and identify there the site you’re referring to and the theme applied.
Radcliffe 2 doesn’t have the custom header image feature. The inclusion of “Custom Header” among the list of features at the bottom of the Radcliffe 2 theme guide is an error.
The Dyad 2 theme used by @muhdtech on the site https://visitinfok.wordpress.com/ does allow a custom header image.

Thanks for reporting that. I’ve updated the theme page, but it will only take effect once the page cache is refreshed.
