Header Font Colour Change
-
Hey,
I’m technologically retarded but I guess I have to start somewhere. I’ve been trying to teach myself CSS but it’s been a massive struggle.
Right now, I’m fairly pleased with what I have yet the colour of the post title and the colour of its background are the same.
Where in the CSS is the font colour for the post title?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
-
It is here
.post-header h1 a:link, .post-header h1 a:visited, .post-header h2 a:link, .post-header h2 a:visited
The main blog page post titles are h2 and the single-post page titles are h1.
Since you have a background on the main page titles, but not on the single-post page, you will have to set the colors separately such as this:
For main blog page:
.post-header h2 a:link, .post-header h2 a:visited {color:#FFFFFF;}For the single post page:
.post-header h1 {color:#FFFFFF;}You will have to change the colors of course.
You will also need to change the static page titles, and they are under
h1.pagetitle, h2.pagetitle -

Don’t be mad but I have only the vaguest idea what you’re talking about. I want it white, anyway I can get a little copy and paste action? Where do I put it?
-
On the single post and static post pages, with the white background in the content area, you want the titles to be white? White on white?
For the main page, copy what I have in the first grey box.
-
The gray box that precedes each post. conatins the post title, it’s gray on gray right now and the only way you can see it is to hover over it.
Where do I change the colour to white? I need retard directions.

Paste this into your CSS styles, make sure you’re not copying the original stylesheet in, and check the “add to current” box:
.post-header h2 a:link {color:#fff;}lh
