Header font size

I’d like to shrink the header (my name) by about a 1/4. Is there a way to do that? Any help will be appreciated.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Please try adding the CSS below to the customizer in My sites > Customize > CSS.
.site-title { font-size: 4rem; }The font-size value can be changed to whatever you prefer.
https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/editing-css/
Custom CSS is part of Custom Design, which is a feature of the Premium and Business plans.
I hope this helps :)

I’m not sure how I get to the css to make the change? I cannot find it anywhere.
Thanks.

Have you purchased either the Premium upgraded plan or the Business plan? https://wordpress.com/pricing You cannot access and edit CSS without one of those upgrades.

I see that you’ve tried to reduce the heading size via the Customizer’s Fonts panel, but that the smaller Site Title preview seen in the Customizer does not actually take effect on the front end of your site. I’m going to report this issue to our developers so we can get it fixed.
