Header for Blogum Theme

Ah, Version 4 – my workaround is not a correct fix, because it disables the auto custom menu function. Keep going!
Instead of asking me not to suggest the workaround (which was the correct answer to the OP’s exact question, and does not exclude adding more tabs), why don’t you ask the OP what they prefer: repositioned tabs and no auto custom menu for free, or repositioned tabs plus auto custom menu for an annual $30?

Header hyphenation
Is there any way to adjust the post header to allow for hyphenation or new line spacing for words that exceed the width of the header?

Thanks in advance!

@archizoo
Please clarify whether or not your have purchased the custom design upgrade so we can provide an accurate answer to your question.. -
The problem is with the theme you are using, and this is not a CSS issue, is that wordpress automatically puts non-breaking spaces between the last two words in titles (headings) and sentences to keep from having single orphaned words on a line. In most cases this works well, but in the case of the theme you are using, and in particular on this post title, “Week 40 – Intentional misalignment, misaligned intentions” you have two things working against you: 1) two longer words at the end of the title, and 2) a very narrow title area to the left of the post content area. The title area is not wide enough for the last two words to be on one line so it ends up breaking the last two characters off the final word.
This area could be widened via CSS, but you are likely to run into the same issue again at some point.
My suggestion would be to find a theme with a more traditional layout with the title above the post instead of to the left.

You can edit the title and try pasting the HTML for a breaking space before the word you want to force into a new line:
& e n s p ;
(minus the spaces)And please don’t post in threads that aren’t related to your questions: this thread was about the blog header while you’re asking about post headings.
