Header for Stay Theme — Not Showing Up

  What is the maximum pixels for a header? I am using the Stay theme and am wanting to use a picture that’s 4800 x 1055. I’ve uploaded the file, and it let me select it for cropping. But the next window, it shows a broken .jpg pic icon.
