  header gone as well as customized design

  Dear support team,

  The same happened out of the blue today approx. 09:00 a.m. German time to my blog: http://www.dasargental.wordpress.com

  I tried to fix it several times in the back-end system and saved the old header picture as well as the fomer background color, menue etc. After pushing the button the system showed “saved” but didn’t carry out the changes in the front-end.

  Can you please help because my blog is very much visited and has got a lot of followers that I don’t want to loose. Thank you in advance!

  Same problem–header image, most menu entries gone, colors of links, headers changed perhaps to defaults.

  inconstantlight.com , customized visual theme.

  There seems to be a General Problem with headers and customes design. Many Websites do have the same Problem. I would apreciate immediate Support by wordpress

  I am using a PC running Windows 7 and and a Firefox 39 browser

  I see this header image https://ztbzukunftsbuero.files.wordpress.com/2014/03/cropped-langenlois_sitz.jpg on your wearing the Twenty Ten theme and appears to have been CSS edited. Please use this link https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization#postform so you can copy and paste your text into a thread that will appear in the CSS Forum where you will get the help you need.

  @tt-there was a widespread outage about 12 hours ago that caused havoc with site customizations. Please see this sticky at the top of the forum home page.

  You are not using the Twenty Ten theme. You are using a completely different theme. Please use this link https://en.forums.wordpress.com/?new=1 so you can copy and paste your text into a new thread where you will get the help you need.

  The problem that occurred 12-13 hours ago has already been resolved by Staff from about 7 hours ago.
