Header height for Highwind please, on deadline

  I am having trouble with the header image for Highwind. I can see from the documentation says the full width is 1030. What is the recommended height? Every time I create a header with a new height, it comes back with a demand that I crop the header height in half–no exceptions. I’ve tried heights of 500, 288, 252, 150. My height preference is 288. Every time I load my image, the software demands I only use the top half. I’ve got a logo to load, so I need the whole image! What is the actual height and how can I make this work? I’m on a deadline, so quick replies are appreciated. Thanks.

  You can see the appropriate dimensions in Appearance > Header: 2500 × 413 pixels.

  Thank you for that info. the 413 was not appearing on my screen. The banner is now in place. Kaye
