Header Help!

  Is it possible to change the size of the header in the Nuclear theme?
  Also is it possible to move the navigation buttons below the header?

  Is it possible to change the size of the header in the Nuclear theme?

  Yes. When you upload an image at the header image page, a default cropping rectangle appears, with a dotted line border and tiny gray squares at the corners and at the mid-points of the sides. You may make the following modifications of that cropping rectangle.
  1. Move the whole rectangle in any direction by clicking with the rectangle and dragging it.
  2. Reduce its height by dragging a mid-point square down (top side) or up (bottom side).
  3. Reduce its width by dragging a mid-point square to the right (left side) or to the left (right side).
  5. Reduce both width and height while maintaining the default ratio by dragging a corner square toward the interior of the border.
  5. Increase its height by dragging a mid-point square up (top side) or down (bottom side).
  6. Increase its width by dragging a mid-point square to the left (left side) or to the right (right side).
  7. Increase both width and height while maintaining the default ratio by dragging a corner square outward, away from the border.

  Also is it possible to move the navigation buttons below the header?

  Perhaps with CSS customization.
