Header help with Hemmingway Rewritten

  Hi there!

  I just started my blog, and am having a little trouble!!!
  I have seen the Hemmingway rewritten template on a couple other blogs and decided to use it. I love the look of it.

  But I have not been able to get a picture to show up on the blog. I made it to where only an expert of the post is seen, but there is no picture above the writing. When you click on the post to read the full post the picture is there..
  Is there a setting that allows the post to show the pic even if it’s just an excerpt?
