Header: Hiding tagline, and autosizing for mile / handsets

    Two questions, if I could:

    (1) I am using Sandbox. I would like to hide my tagline, and after doing some research, still cannot figure out how to hide my tagline.

    (2) My header image used to resize automatically on my blackberry, but now runs off the page (the rest of the site resizes to whatever display screen I am on.) How can I fix this?

    Thanks much, in advance.

    The following gets rid of the blog description at the top of the content area.

    #blog-description {
    display:none;
    }

    Sacedpath, hmm. Just added that to my CSS, and am still seeing the title/description “A blog about Business, Technology, Cultural and other Ideas and Insights that Matter”.

    I obviously want to leave this on the control panel for SEO purposes, but I would prefer not to see at the top of of the blog.

    I just looked at your CSS and I do not find that line there. Did you save after adding it?

    Sacredpath, well the tagline is continuing to show up on http://www.nettingitout.com.. I have cleared cache and reloaded nettingitout in both FireFox and IE, and my tagline is continuing to show up on my blog.

    Any other ideas for how I can make the tagline, “A blog about Business, Technology, Cultural and other Ideas and Insights that Matter”, invisible on my blog?

    Why don’t you just make it the same colour as the background?

    Raincoaster, that is a great idea that had also occurred to me. Alas, I tried once to insert the right color code n the right place, but apparently made some mistake in my coding as I did not see any change. I may try this again, Thanks for the idea.

    OK, I tried to change the font color of my blog-description to the same color of the background, with this command – which is nto working. What am I doing wrong?

    #blog-description {
    color:#6F6F4F;
    margin:0px;
    padding:0px 0;
    }

    Solved.
    This code works, I just had it in the wrong place. I moved it lower in my CSS to below the coding relevant to the larger div in which the blod-description resides.
