Header Image
-
I am using the theme Lovecraft, which allows you to change the header image. I can download images but for some reason when I try to change the header image, nothing happens. I have tried with my own downloaded images as well as the ones provided by the site and the header will not change from it’s original photo.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your detailed theme description page is at https://wordpress.com/themes/lovecraft/ and that’s where set up instructions for it are found. The live demo site is at https://lovecraftdemo.wordpress.com/

Lovecraft supports a Custom Header Image. To change the default header image, go to My Sites → Customize → Header Image and upload your own custom header image. You can upload multiple header images and choose to randomly show one of the uploaded header images on each page load. The accepted file types for images are here https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/#accepted-image-file-types
Make sure you follow the instructions at http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/custom-header-image/
What is the URL of the image you have uploaded into your Media library please?

Howdy!
Thanks timethief for sharing these instructions.
I see that there are multiple similar images in your media library. Can you let me know which one you’re trying to use for your custom header?
You should be able to go to My Sites > Customize > Header Image > Add new image. Then toggle the upper left menu to show your Media Library. Select the image and click Save and Crop, the blue button in the bottom right corner of that screen.
