  I am trying to change the header image but I cannot. I choose a JPEG image from my folders, add it and once I have cropped it, it does not change my header image

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  Are you referring to the image at the top of the front page of https://worth.law.blog/? If so, that is a featured image, not a header image. See the Removing a Featured Image section of the Featured Images support page.
