  is it possible to add a header image in selected pages?

  Correction:
  Different header images cannot be added selectively to various pages. If the theme and your settings allow, then each page may display either the site header image, or a random header image.

  What I was referring to in my first post was Featured Images, which on some themes may be applied in place of the header image on static pages. A featured image must be set on separately on each page or post on which you wish one to appear.

  Are you asking if the site header image be displayed on some static pages and not on others?
