  hi. my header image isn’t showing up on any screen but the machine i use to update / work on my site. super confused. this is the first time it’s happened

  Hi,

  The Editor theme is somewhat unusual in that it doesn’t have the option of a header image.

  Hi there,

  Where exactly are you seeing a header image added? As @musicdoc1 points out, your theme does not support custom headers, so the option to add a custom header does not even appear in the Customizer.

  Hi! Thank you so much for your help! It turns out that the site I actually need help with is http://www.freeflowinstitute.com. The header logo shows up perfectly on my screen, but then just the file icon appears (in place of the actual image) on every other computer I load the page on.
