  I’d be glad to help you with these questions. It looks like the site is using a retired theme though. https://wordpress.com/theme/highwind

  The best suggestion I have is to find a new theme that is going to answer some of those requests by default, just based on how it is set up. You can browse them at https://wordpress.com/themes/
