    Hi. Sorry, I’m sure the answer is there somewhere, but I’m not finding it.

    My theme is Grisaille. I’m looking to upload a background pic for the header. My understanding was that the pic would cover the entire header banner but everything I try results in a tiny little picture in the top left corner. Am I doing something wrong?

    Hi there,

    It looks like you’ve changed your theme to Modern News from Grisaille, and your header is stretching across the page. I’m glad you were able to get that working!

    Hi there.

    Sorry, I should have pointed out that I have two blogs. The one you were looking at was Friday Facts, but the one I was referring to is Rat Drawn Daddy, where my theme is still Grisaille and I’m still having the same issue.

    Any suggestions? Do I need to change my theme?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for clarifying for me! The reason that your images are just showing in one corner is because they are too small. Your theme requires that images be at least 960 pixels wide, and yours were around 140 or so pixels wide.

    I did see that you had one which was perfectly sized, and I added it to the header section. It is very pixelated, so I didn’t leave it published as the header, but it is there now so you can select it easier if you want to take a look at it!

    Excellent! Thank you so much for that advice. I’ve just taken a bunch of photos on a high quality camera, so I reckon I’ll upload one of them and use it.
