Hi there. Did you remember to click Save in the customizer after uploading your header image? That would be my first guess.
Also make sure that you’re using a big enough image. For your theme the header image should be 1280 pixels wide by 416 high

Hi,
Yes I did click save and I was able to view it on the computer that started the site on and the image is saved in my customise menu and it was defs big enough ….???
ANd is there any way can actually properly contact a real wordpress staff person….? So frustrating trying that no direct link to them – not even an email address for support!!!

Hi there,
I see you recently changed your site’s address — for some reason your site’s header image didn’t update to the new address at that point. Sorry about that! I just resaved your header image and now it’s working again. :)

Hi Ren,
Sure thing! :) The address and map at the bottom of the page come from the Contact Info Widget on your site.
You can remove that widget (or add your own contact details to it) in your site’s Customizer. After you open the customizer, go to the “Widgets” section and open the “Footer 1” widget section there. You can open the “Contact Info” widget settings and either add your own details or click the “Remove” link to remove it completely.
