Header image and favicon

  I’d like my header image to link back to the home page on my blog but I don’t know how to add a URL link to it. Any help?

  And my second question is my favicon. It show’s up when I’m in my dashboard, however once I go to my actual site it goes away and the Genesis “G” comes up.

  If anyone could help me with both of these I’d really appreciate it!
