header image and menu is not working

Add topic to favorites
From the last 24 hours header image and menu is not working on our blog.
When we tried to customize the blog it’s not saving the results. We also tried to change the them but nothing is improving.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I have been having the same problem as well – background and header changed back to default and I can;t change them back no matter how hard I try.

Hi there,
I have the same issue. I even reduced the size of the image to 937×300 as specified there, saved it, and then 10 min later it was gone.

blog is aventuriculinarein2.com.

Could someone explain why?

I was having the same problem with my menus, some of them disappeared and despite activating them in the menu editor, they were not showing up.

This lasted for a few hours, and now everything is back to normal, seems like there was an internal glitch!

Everything is back to normal.

But this indecent has made us to find a good alternative of WordPress.
First choice could be Google’s blogger.

I’m really sorry for the trouble you had with your site’s appearance. Our team launched a change earlier that caused problems for things like custom headers, backgrounds, and menus. We fixed that problem and most sites are back to normal.

If your site is still missing its customizations, you may need to open your site’s Customizer and re-save those customizations now. I’m sorry for the inconvenience!
