header image and title not appearing correctly on mobile devices

  Hello! My website http://www.24hourslayover.com looks fine on a desktop, but when it is viewed on a mobile device, part of the header image and title is cut off. I have tried a few CSS but none of them seem to work – please can anybody help me?
