Header image correct size but still stretching

    Hi. I am using the Harmonic theme and am uploading a header image that is 1240×400 pixels – which is what is recommended. It is stretching it to become really large and so not displaying the entire logo. I have been playing around with it for a while but no joy.     Hi there! The header in Harmonic does stretch and get cropped on screens of different sizes, so it’s not optimal to be used with a logo, images with text, or other images that aren’t very flexible. Harmonic does support a logo upload – you’ll see it in the Customizer in the Site Identity panel – but it’s only displayed on the front page, when the Front Page template is selected, which is not how your site is set up.

    That said, I’d probably suggest a different theme if you need your posts displayed on the front page and a logo displayed at the top of every page. Here are all the free themes that support a logo:
