Header Image Disappeared

  Hi, I’m having a problem with my website. I had a static header image (San Francisco Skyline) and company logo (Customer Success Rocket) at the top of every page on my website. For some reason, the SF Skyline has now disappeared completely. I’m on Bluehost with the OceanWP theme. Thanks for your help!

  This forum is for sites hosted with wordpress.com

  Since your site is hosted with Bluehost please ask for support from them.

  You might also want to try self hosted wordpress.org support if Bluehost is unable to help.

  I used Bluehost to launch my website and WordPress was integrated with their service offering automatically. My website is .com but you’re right about it being hosted by Bluehost.

  I’ve reached out to Bluehost for help on 3 separate occasions and they’ve been unable to figure it out.

  I thought a forum might help. Based on what you’ve said, I should use: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ because my website isn’t hosted on WordPress. If this doesn’t work, do you think i should higher a developer to troubleshoot it?

  I would suggest trying the forum at wordpress.org first and ask them about a developer if they are unable to help you.

  I am a volunteer but I do know that you will need to ask for help from the wordpress.org forums.
