Header image display on iPad
-
My header image is not displaying correctly on iPad. Is there a way that I can ensure the full width of the image is visible on tablets and mobile versions?
Thanks!

Hi there,
You may or may not have noticed, the theme which you have chosen is responsive. This means that no matter what size the browser is that is viewing your site, the theme will dynamically adjust the output for the best viewing experience of the visitor.
The header is a static image in this change. The size doesn’t change and instead the ends get removed to allow the image to fit in the narrower browsers. I can only guess as to the reasons why this design decision was made, but my presumption is that the middle parts of the header image was thought to be the most important from a branding angle.
In short, it is not possible to change things so that your header stays the same size. Instead, you might want to consider a different header image that allows for your branding to be in the center.
I’m sorry I wasn’t able to be of more help!
