header image distorted in mobile view and top bar menu not showing

  Hello! I’m using Oceanwp and I added a header image that looks great on desktop but on mobile view the text overlay is distorted and my top bar menu disappears. I’ve been searching for days on how to fix this and my head is spinning. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
