  I am using the theme Autofocus and for some reason my header images have not shown up on my last two posts. HELP!

  Have you consulted this entry in the support documentation? http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/custom-header-image/ It’s the official, current listing of all themes that support custom header images, image dimensions, and the download link to the original header image (if there is one).
