header image is not uploading, site is crashing

  i cannot upload the header image and have done in the pixel they describe (1100 x 180) Any reason why my page is crashing anytime im trying to do so??

  Just to clarify, the browser completely shuts down when you try to upload a header image?

  Could you try uploading your header image in a different browser? Please let us know if you still come across the same problem.
