Header image isnt crisp, but saved as PNG

  Hi, im working on my website >> http://www.sellingonlinetoday.com/1on1/ << and the header image appears to be a bit pixelated, i have this image saved as a PNG and is larger than the image is on the actual website, but it continues to be slightly pixelated. Any ideas on how to make this image become ‘crisper’ and generally more pleasing to the eye?
