Header image issue
-
I am using the Twenty Ten Theme. I’d like to be able to use a previously uploaded image for the header. I have several I can use. In the Appearence/Header section, there is an option – “Uploaded Images – You can choose one of your previously uploaded headers…” with a radio button next to the current header image. However, I don’t see a way to select an image from my media. The only way I can see to change a header image is to re-upload it from my computer. Am I missing something? Thank you, Curtis

Could you use the image uploader on the Custom Header screen, instead of the Media Library?

Only the images marked “Header Image” on the list of images on Media Libary is used for the rotation.

“Could you use the image uploader on the Custom Header screen, instead of the Media Library?” That’s what it looks like I’ll have to each time I want to load a different header since I seem to not to be able to load one from my uploaded media.
“Only the images marked “Header Image” on the list of images on Media Libary is used for the rotation.” Is there a way to mark an image I uploaded into my Media as a Header Image?

You do need to upload header images into the Appearance → Header page. You can’t mark them from your media library. But that’s a good suggestion. Maybe it’s something we can add in the future. Thank you for the feedback.
