I don’t know if Chrome has this or not, but in your Firefox preferences under “content” make sure that “load images automatically” is selected, and make sure that under “exceptions” (button to the right of “load images automatically” there is nothing listed for your site.

Is your neighbor on the same internet service company as you?
YesI have tried, but its not working still!
-
If your neighbor can see it on their computer and they are on the same internet company as you, then it points to something on your computer, or with your internet equipment.
Have you tried completely shutting your computer down and then rebooting your internet modem? What kind of internet connection do you have (cable, DSL, dialup)?
-
Also, can you access and view this image (your header image)?
Also try viewing the following three files. They are CSS files and what you should see is text in all of them.

1. I have internet connection through Cable.
2.When I access the image link I am getting the below exception in firefox,
*********************
The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network
connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
**************************3. I can view the CSS files

Given that error and the fact that your neighbor, on the same internet service, can see your header image, and give that you cannot with two different browsers, it points to something with your modem. Do you have any firewall installed on your computer and are you going through any sort of proxy server?
